At Exotic Marine, we take pride in professionally packaging all aquatic life using premium materials and shipping exclusively via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, the most direct and reliable methods available. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and shipment.
Packaging & HandlingEach fish is carefully inspected and hand-selected to ensure optimal health before being prepared for shipment. Fish are packaged in properly conditioned saltwater with ideal pH levels, using heavy-duty poly bags for maximum protection. Each bag is filled with pure oxygen and sealed using professional equipment to ensure a secure, airtight environment. The sealed bags are then placed inside insulated Styrofoam coolers with either a heat or ice pack—depending on seasonal conditions—to maintain temperature during transit. Shipping Days: Monday through Thursday, every week. Shipping Conditions & DelaysIMPORTANT: If your order is not in excellent condition to ship or if there are concerns such as extreme temperatures or holiday-related delays, we reserve the right to cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. You’re welcome to place a new order once conditions improve or livestock becomes available again. We do not assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by FedEx or UPS. However, we will always do our best to work with you on reshipping when possible. Fortunately, delays are rare with these carriers due to their high reliability.
